Full Line Catalog: A 2 1/2" vinyl covered binder divided into sections of kilns, wheels, stilts, pouring equipment, cones and vents, color, brushes and tools. Manufacturer brochures, full color guides, tip sheets, how-to's, technique sheets and price lists are included as available. Mold catalogs are NOT included and must be ordered and purchased separately. Each catalog is customized to your segment of the ceramic business; traditional, potter, school or institution. Current price lists, as available, are included. You must contact us annually for current price lists if your catalog was previously purchased. Price for catalog is $27.00 which includes shipping in the continental United States. This is a 8-10 lb. pkg. We can not ship these to P.O. boxes. You MUST indicate your ceramic business and indicate storefront, home business, ISD or individual school, hobby, etc. Please allow 3-6 weeks delivery as we try to include every possible catalog, price list, brochure, and may, from time to time, be out of critical brochures and be waiting on stock. If you do not need or wish to purchase a full line catalog, we will gladly mail, free of charge, except for mailing or shipping, one or two brochures on kilns, brushes, potter's wheels, etc. IF they were free to us, AND you are in the immediate 5 state area, OR unable to receive service from a distributor closer to you.
Return Policy - If a product is damaged in shipment, take a picture and e-mail to us. Keep the box until the matter is resolved in case UPS or the freight company that delivered it chooses to examine the box(es). Once we have the picture, we will then determine if we will send you a replacement or refund or credit the item - depending on item and manufacturer. Each manufacturer has a different way of handling any returned or defective items. We adhere to each manufacturer’s policies. We do not ship ANY product we deem to be defective. If you wish to return a product because you simply no longer want that item or ordered the wrong item, we have a 20% return policy. Once we receive the item back from you in good order, or if you have special ordered any products and cancel your order, we will then refund less 20% of your purchase price and the shipping costs from the order. There are some items, such as kiln or wheel parts, and if an item is drop shipped from the manufacturer, that will require a Return Authorization Number or RMA. Please check with us before an item is sent back to us or to the manufacturer in case an RMA is required. NOTE - There are some items such as bisque, glaze, stains, clay, slip, cones and others that can NOT be returned due to our manufacturer’s policies. Please check with us before you order and please be sure you have correct sizes and colors before you order.
