When you buy a Paragon Kiln from American, we help with kiln prep, test fire, cone results and firing schedules. All kilns listed below are priced for 240V, single phase. For all 3 phase,
add $50.00 to kiln price

The E-14A fires to 2000°F. Create breathtaking jewelry or small keepsakes using almost any medium you can imagine: enameling, china painting, glass, lost wax casting, and ceramics. Since the kiln opens from the front instead of the top, it is ideal for copper enameling. The E-14A comes with an infinite control switch, safety pilot light, and pyrometer (temperature sensor). The pyrometer simplifies kiln operation. It shows you what is happening inside the kiln and helps you to become comfortable with firing. By watching the pyrometer and adjusting the switch, you can even hold (soak) the temperature. The switch, pilot light, and pyrometer are mounted in the kiln base (instead of a side switch box) to save table space. The front control panel is tilted for easy operation. A 1/2” hole is stamped into the steel door case and includes a brushed stainless steel cover. Paragon has left the firebrick behind the hole undrilled so that you can drill it to the exact size that you need for a peephole, vent hole, or extra pyrometer hole. (Most people do not need the hole and leave the firebrick undrilled.)

When you add a 12 key controller to the above kilns, they become a TnF version of that kiln.

The J-14-1 is popular for heating jewelry molds. The kiln is made of ceramic fiber for fast heating and cooling. It has an infinite control switch and operates on 120 volts. Maximum temperature is 1700° F.
The J-14-1 comes with a built-in thermocouple (temperature sensor). An attachment block is mounted on the back of the furnace for easy hookup to a pyrometer or portable TnF 2 controller.
The firing chamber is a one-piece ceramic fiber shell with embedded elements. For greater thermal efficiency, the space between the steel case and the ceramic fiber shell is filled with extra ceramic fiber insulation.
The J-14 comes with a vent hole and steel cover in the top and door. The door seals tightly with a heavy spring latch. The controls, located in the base, stay cool for long life. No extra stand is needed.
The J-14-1 is available with an optional wax tray for lost wax casting.
